Jametta K. White
Jametta K. White, is a Southern girl and lover of all things related to sports. She is a lawyer by day and life coach and dream chaser by night. She is a woman walking fearlessly into her full God-given purpose, and it has been quite the journey of learning, growing and leaning on Jeremiah 29:11 every step of the way. In fact, this passage is Jametta’s personal life mantra.
After eight years as a practicing attorney, her personal passion for sports propelled a transition into the sports industry; and as Founder and President of Journey Sports Management, LLC, Jametta is focused on helping athletes reach sustainable lifestyle and career goals by identifying their gifts, talents and true identity in Christ. Her passion for sports has turned into her public ministry.
In the same way, Jametta also has a heart for women. Her desire is to encourage woman to dream big, pray without ceasing and walk boldly in their God given purpose, through her Prayers, Pumps and Purses Ministry. She has served as a small group leader and coach for the women’s ministry at Church of the Highlands. Currently, she serves on the lead team for women’s ministry at Church of the Highlands supporting, encouraging and fostering relationships with women chasing after God.
Jametta is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, a certified Contract Advisor with the NFLPA, a Certified Sports Life Coach and a Certified Athlete Development Professional. She is President of the Clemson Black Alumni Council and a proud graduate of Clemson University and Loyola University School of Law. She currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama.
